So, we made fuel out of corn and now there isn't any rice, and it looks like bread will soon cost $2.00 a loaf. The governments are shocked, shocked! that this has happened, even though there were warnings years ago that this would happen. Of course, those warnings were ignored and the people who questioned biofuels shunned and called crack pots

There's a good lesson to be learned here about setting policy based on questionable scientific claims and ignoring dissent, a lesson that I'm sure we will ignore when it comes to global warming.
