So, a guy owns a tiger, and then the tiger attacks and kills him, and now other people want to pass a law to make it more difficult to own a tiger. Too easy to own wild animals, group says

What would be the purpose of this law? To protect people who own tigers from getting killed by tigers? This is what Tigers do. If you own a tiger, you have to have a reasonable expectation that one day it's going to maul you and eat your skin. If you want to own a tiger, or a lion, or a bear, than I think you should be able to. Just don't come crying when it eats your face for lunch.
